All prices shown on the website are quoted in US dollars x-our facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

All prices mentioned exclude freight charges and custom clearance to/at destination for orders outside of the United Arab Emirates. VAT can be exempted based on presenting export documents as per the federal authority of tax.

VAT of 5% will be applicable on final invoice for orders inside of the UAE as per the regulations.

Shipment charges can be quoted depending on your preferred mode of shipment.

The customer is obligated to provide the required export documents as instructed by the federal authority of tax.​

By sending a ‘request for quotation’ on our website, The customer has NO obligations to finalise the order. No prepayments of any sort is required either.

Prices and stock availibility are subject to change without prior notification.
Warranty

Warranty is applicable on 'return to basis' rule, which means ​that the item has to be returned to our warehouse in Dubai, UAE in order to apply the warranty by repairing or replacing the item.

All instruments and equipments have an automaticly included warranty of one year.

Extended warranty can be quoted for an extra charge.
